The 200,000 sq. ft., $100 million project is the region's first effort to apply IPD and is due to be completed in 2014. It features 100% single patient rooms, flexible design concepts, ER, labor and delivery, trauma room, ambulatory care, pediatrics services among others.
The IPD team which includes partners from the Five Hills Regional Health Authority, the Government of Saskatchewan Ministry of Health, Graham Design Builders, The Boldt Company, Stantec Architecture, Devenney Group Architects and Black and McDonald selected vPlanner to manage pull planning for the design activities.
