The successful implementation of Lean Project Delivery requires the development of new skills, business processes and team organization structures that are supported by systems and tools specifically designed for this delivery approach. The more integrated the tools used, the less time it takes for a team to manage production and make sound weekly work plan assignments to achieve greater productivity gains. This free webinar will introduce vPlanner, an innovative visual planning software solution designed to support short-term interval planning as well as production system design and management. vPlanner supports all phases of the Last Planner® system* through an integrated and easy-to-use visual interface. With vPlanner, teams can better utilize their limited resources to maximize the value from the time invested in planning, scale up their efforts and reduce the overhead required to maintain this information.
This webinar will be hosted by Victor Ortiz, a vPlanner Value Solutions Partner, and Samir Emdanat, vPlanner's Director of Product Development. Victor and Samir will provide an overview of the difference between traditional project controls and a production management approach, along with a review of the Last Planner® system as deployed using vPlanner. They will also demonstrate vPlanner's features and present training, support and licensure options. Your questions will be welcomed and answered as time permits throughout this dynamic and fast-paced presentation.
